Details
The "Hound Dog" trademark was used on the least expensive Dobro models off and on for several years. O.M.I. (Original Musical Instruments), and later Gibson, kept the price low by not binding the body and using f-holes rather than screens for the soundholes. These changes have no impact on the sound or playability. This roundneck example was made in 2003 by Gibson in Nashville. It’s structurally sound and it shows just a few light signs of having been played. It's original throughout, and has the Hound Dog logo stamped into the headstock. Includes a Dobro-branded hardshell case in equally clean condition.
