This Taylor GS Mini Sapele is the least expensive model in the series but it is in no way a lesser guitar. The top is made of torrefied sitka spruce top which gives this guitar a clear, focused tone with a strong treble response with an an aged, played in sound. The back and sides are made layered sapele. This guitar includes a well-padded gig bag.

The GS Mini is available in a number of acoustic or acoustic-electric configurations. The tops are all made of solid tonewoods and include spruce, mahogany or koa. The back and sides are made of layered tonewoods and include sapele, koa and rosewood. They all have different tonal personalities but the finger-friendly 23 1/2 inch scale and easy string action are consistent throughout the line.
