The National Reso-Phonic Pioneer RP-2 is a combination of old-world craftsmanship and modern design. This hollow-body electric has a lightweight alder body and weighs in at a back saving 5 LBS 14 oz. The Pioneer RP-2 features a vintage-style Lollar P-90 neck pickup and a slim neck profile. The wooden body gives this guitar a warmer, mellower tone than its metal siblings. And, even though it has a small body, it produces a remarkable loud acoustic tone.
