The Martin HD-28 is the classic dreadnought. It boasts vintage-inspired open back tuners, delicate diamonds & squares fretboard inlay, and, of course, the timeless herringbone purfling. It has forward-shifted scalloped X bracing, which offers the deep bass response that's made Martin dreadnoughts so popular while still maintaining a sparkling clarity on the high-end. Celluloid faux tortoiseshell pickguard. Off-white (cream colored) body binding. Vintage-style C. F. Martin decal on headstock.
