Details
We’re big fans of oval soundhole mandolins here at Gryphon, and think that their characteristic warm, bubbly tone is perfectly suited to Celtic styles, old-time string band music, jazz and just about any style that doesn’t demand a percussive bark like bluegrass does. Like all of Eastman’s A-style mandolins, the MD304E-SB has a solid, hand carved spruce top with solid, hand carved maple back. It has a satin Truetone sunburst finish and it has ivoroid binding around the top. It’s fitted with a K&K Duotone pickup. The ebony fretboard is inlaid with pearl dots and has a radius. Includes a well padded gig bag.
