Details
We've always been big fans of Bart Reiter's banjos, and were disappointed when he stopped offering the higher models with engraved inlays as seen here. We sold this banjo when new and although it saw a fair amount of use initially it's been languishing in the case for the last twenty years. After being in the SF Bay Area all those years, the nickel plated metal parts have light tarnish throughout, the exception being the tailpiece (a new version of the original, which is in the case but not useable). There's light fret wear on the first 4 frets, and nicks to the edges of the headstock, plus a scrape to back of the rim, as shown in our photos.
The original Canadian TKL case has light wear but is very solid and an excellent fit.
