Details
This Telecaster Thinline was built in the Fender Custom Shop in 2011 by Dave Wilson. It has a Shell Pink lacquer finish that has been subtly aged. The finish is crazed but there are no extreme dings or excessive scratches. The frets are very lightly worn so we assume that any marks in the finish are part of Dave Wilson's relic treatment. With a comfy-light (well under 7 lbs) weight and handwound Hot Nocaster pickup in the bridge and ‘67 Tele pickup in the neck position, this Thinline is easy on the shoulders as well as on your ears. The maple neck has ‘60s Oval “C” shape with a 7.25” fretboard radius. It includes its original black hardshell case, the COA and spec sheet. The bridge cover and other goodies are included and are still in the unopened plastic bag the guitar was shipped with.
