Details
When it comes to small steel-string acoustics, nobody can quite match the design sense of the late Bill Collings. For his Baby model, Bill tweaked the proportions, the top bracing and overall construction, to make a very small guitar that sounds like a much larger instrument. And despite the short 24 1/8" string scale and 12-inch wide body, any blindfolded listener would bet they were hearing an 0, or larger, size guitar. This Baby was custom ordered in 2005 with mahogany back and sides, a German spruce top, ivoroid bound body, neck and headstock and herringbone purflng. And to top it off, it has torch inlay on the headstock. This guitar is in excellent structural and cosmetic condition with just a light amount of fret wear. Includes the original hardshell case in equally clean condition.
