What's in a name? Delta blues player Harlem Slim likes guitars with big necks, and the nice folks at National Reso accommodated his request resulting in a resophonic guitar with a neck that's wide with a deep profile. Twenty years old but in excellent condition with only light fret wear, note that the stock tailpiece has been replaced with a cast Allen version, and the bridge cover is missing (this was probably removed to allow easier damping of the strings). Comes in original case.
