Details
There's something about a blond SJ-200, even if you don't buy into the Elvis/Jack Scott rockabilly thing. The curves, the pearl, that bridge! And then there's the way they sound, especially if you like the percussive whomp you can get when playing rhythm. In short, however you judge guitars, by looks or by sound or both, the Gibson J-200 is in a class by itself. This one has been played quite a lot, as evidenced by some of the engraved floral motif on the pickguard being worn through, but there are no cracks or signs of rough handling. Lots of nice figure to the maple, especially the neck. Comes with the original hardshell case, which is solid but also shows signs of much use.
