We've had a few almost-new used Guilds traded in to us recently, and they're proof that "overseas" guitar manufacturing has come a long way in the last few years. This is an import reissue of model the original Guild company never made, a slope-shoulder version of the D-40. But enough with the nit-picking, it's an excellent guitar, especially for the price.
