This new C1K Concert Ukulele is a great example of how seriously Martin is taking the revival of their classic koa ukes. This instrument is crafted from solid Hawaiian koa and it has all the sparkle and snap of the original models from the 1920s and 1930s. The entire body is finished in a satin lacquer.
Here at Gryphon, Concert Ukuleles are more popular than the "original" ukulele, the soprano. For many players this size offers some of the clarity of the soprano with a touch of the warm, round tones of its big tenor sibling. Includes a padded gig bag.
