**RECENTLY REDUCED PRICE**
While it doesn't have the Ivoroid binding of a typical Lloyd Loar reissue, this Altman F-5 has the sound and feel of what has become the definition of an F-model bluegrass mandolin. Impressive varnish finish, slight radius to the fretboard, top quality tuners and tailpiece, fiberglass case, all the parts are there. Easy to play and impressive tone and overall response without bashing on it. Everything points to the Altman crew having done their homework.
