Details
Gibson changed the ES-330 model often, but the 1964 version has long been a favorite and this reissue checks all the boxes. Along with light weight it has one of the most desirable necks that's a full 1 11/16" wide, with rounded fingerboard edges and a C profile that's not too deep. Since the body is fully hollow, and the P-90 pickups are lighter than humbuckers, this has a convincing acoustic sound for practice compared to a solid body or an ES-335. You get a nice archtop-jangle tone with decent sustain that's great when you don't want to bother with plugging in, or don't want to disturb housemates.
The finish was lightly aged at Gibson, and nickel parts given a bit of tarnish, except for one small ding on the barrel of the neck behind the 4th fret there's virtually no playing wear. Comes with original hardshell case, with COA and check-list dated 12/18.
