Details
The Kentucky KM-606 takes the classic F-5 design and strips away every cosmetic feature leaving nothing but the elements that make for a great sounding mandolin. The top is hand carved German spruce and the back and sides are Alpine maple. The maple neck has a slim, comfortable feel and the reduced ebony fretboard is fitted with 22 nickel-silver frets. The top, back, neck and headstock are unbound and the finish has simple chocolate brown color. This F-style F-hole mandolin is an excellent choice for an intermediate to advanced player looking for a fine sounding instrument that won’t break the bank. Includes a heavy duty gig bag.
