This Fender Eric Clapton “Blackie” Stratocaster was made in Corona, California in 2014. It’s in excellent lightly played condition with just a hint of fret wear. It has a soft "V"-shaped neck and the maple fretboard has a 9.5” radius. The vintage style synchronized tremolo is blocked. It’s fitted with three Vintage Noiseless pickups, an active mid-boost (0-25 db) and a TBX tone control circuit. The original fitting for the 9-volt battery, which powers the boost, has been swapped out for a rechargeable Fishman Fluence Battery Pack. It comes in a rectangular non-Fender hardshell case.
