Details
This Fender Johnny Marr Jaguar was built in 2012 in Coronado, California. It is in excellent structural condition and very good cosmetic condition. The Olympic White finish has a number of scuffs, dings and marks here and there. The frets only show a minor amount of wear but have lots of life left in them. This signature model is a fresh take on the original 1962 design. Outfitted with Bare Knuckle Johnny Marr pickups this version delivers a much simpler circuitry design. The coolest feature of this guitar is the four-position switch mounted on the treble side of the pickguard which gives four very usable pickup combinations (bridge, bridge and neck in parallel, neck, bridge and neck in series); and two upper-horn slide switches (universal bright and pickup switch position four bright) that can help cut through the mix. The neck shape is based on Marr's original '65 Jag, but with a nice slab rosewood fingerboard with a 7.25" radius. Includes the original mottled gray G & G hard case and assorted pieces of case candy, including a guide to the modified switch set up.
