Details
This Gibson Les Paul Reissue is based on the 1957 version, which, as I suspect most of you are thinking, is supposed to be a Goldtop. But in 2011 Gibson made a small number in Washed Cherry with a lightly figured maple top. We’re not 100% sure why, but the theory is that it’s supposed to pay tribute to the numerous Goldtops that were stripped and refinished as sunbursts. This guitar is fitted with Burstbucker pickups and it has a full but not over the top rounded 57 neck shape. It’s in excellent, lightly played condition. The frets show a hint of wear and have lots of life left in them Includes the original black case and COA.
