Details
Tony Graziano is more known for his koa ukes, which are in high demand especially in Japan. This cutaway classical from 2005 shows Tony's guitarmaker roots (he's been building fretted instruments since 1969). The koa has amazing tight, dense figure and the binding and finish work is impressive throughout. The tone is rich and warm. Note that the neck width is 1 3/4" at the nut, not the 2-inch wide neck that's standard for most classical guitars. The more narrow neck makes this Graziano ideal for the steel-string player looking to experiment with nylon string tone.
