Details
This Fender FSR American Stratocaster was made 2001 and it’s in excellent, lightly played condition. It has a very cool red sparkle finish with a matching headstock. This was part of a limited run of 75 that Fender made for Mars Music, a now-defunct chain of music stores. (The FSR in the model name stands for Fender Special Run.) It has an alder body which is fitted with a trio of Texas Special single coils with staggered pole pieces. The pickguard has a pattern that has been described as ice cubes floating milk, which is perfect. The previous owner upgraded the original case to a rectangular Fender-branded tweed case. There is no COA or other paperwork.
