The D-15E is a new addition to Martin's venerable 15 Series of guitars. The top is solid mahogany and the back and sides are crafted from solid sapele. The neck has a slim High Performance Taper, a 1 ¾” nut width, and a katalox fingerboard and bridge. The top braces in the Dreadnought are not scalloped, which give this large guitar a nice balance between the clarity in the upper ranges and the rumble of the low end. The D-15E comes with a factory installed Marin E1 pickup, which includes a built-in tuner. Includes a Martin Softshell Case.
