You don't see the all-mahogany Streetmaster style in this larger Grand Performance body shape often (it's usually only offered in the 000 and Dreadnought body models). Martin apparently didn't make many of these, or for long, and it's just stamped "Special" on the neck block. Since the body is wider than a 000, and as deep as a Dreadnought, it delivers a smooth even tone with plenty of bass. The cutaway gives you easy access to every fret, and the Fishman VT Enhance NT2 pickup gives an impressive amplified tone when you plug in. This has been played, so there's some finger wear to the top where a pickguard would be (if it had one), but that finger-polished spot fits the vibe of the Streetmaster finish. Only very light fret wear, no changes or repairs.
