This Sheeran by Lowden SO3 was made in 2020 and it’s in excellent, lightly played condition. There is a bit of wear to the top around the soundhole. These guitars are the result of a collaboration between Ed Sheeran and George Lowden. They offer aspiring musicians a guitar with great playability and tone using materials with high sustainability credentials, all designed and built in Ireland. This S03 is based on George Lowden's small S body shape and it has a solid Cedar top and layered Santos Rosewood back and sides. The only issue is that it has a small screw in the side in the waist on the treble side. It's held in place by a nut on the inside and since it doesn’t seem to affect anything, we decided to leave it in place. No, we don't know why the previous owner did this. The original padded gig bag is in equally clean condition.
