Details
Martin's popular HD-28 has seen more than a few changes since introduced almost 50 years ago. This is the latest version with a host of vintage features both visually and tonally making it the best HD-28 yet. For those who need to plug in, this E version has a Baggs Anthem pickup, with a handy mini-control panel tucked under the bass-side lip of the soundhole giving you easy access to volume and tone controls.
This example is nearly perfect condition with only the very slightest signs of careful use, and comes with the original Martin case. It has all the tonal characteristics that have made Martin's rosewood Dreadnoughts legendary, with powerful bass response and reverb that brings even simple chords new life.
