Details
This National Reso-Phonic concert ukulele was made in 2017 and it’s in excellent, lightly played condition. The top, back and sides are made from layered mahogany, which, when combined with the aluminum cone produces a sweet, mellow tone that still has plenty of punch and power. As with the National’s guitars, this uke is meticulously made and plays like a dream. It's fitted with Gotoh UPT geared pegs, so tuning is a cinch. A lot of ukulele players overlook Nationals, thinking they will have a harsh, metallic sound but give them a try. They have a sweeter, rounder tone than you might expect and we think you'll find they are very versatile and will work well for just about every style of music.
